Dear Sir/Mdm,
I would like to give some feed back for Jack's Place Safra Jurong.

As I was celebrating my birthday at the restaurant, I really enjoy the warm welcome by them. Birthday song and candle was provided on my set meal cake. The Chinese male manager wished me happy birthday too.

Great services provided by them especially one of the waiter by the name Daniel. I was served with good manners and politely.

I wish to give this feedback because this is my 2nd time celebrating my  birthday at this restaurant. And the service provided this year and last year is totally different. Great service this year!!

We would like to compliment especially Doris and her fellow colleagues at Bukit Panjang Plaza for the wonderful dining experience they gave us on our every visit. Very warm and friendly attitude group of service personnel.

They are the type of service sector personnel that will add a smile to every diner who visits them any time any where.

Dear Sirs,

We are a group of regular patrons of your Jack's Place restaurants especially the one at Bras Basah Complex.

We would like to compliment the staff of your Jack's Place restaurant at Bras Basah Complex as follows:

(a) The staff at this restaurant are always very friendly and prompt in their service provision even when they are extremely busy because of the presence of many patrons;
(b) The staff, having good menu or product knowledge, are always attentive to and patient with patrons;

(c) It is very obvious that the staff always do their best to provide patrons a good dining experience; and

(d)  From our observation, it appears that the provision of excellent customer service by the staff has been the result of the good leadership of Mr. Felix Song and Ms Shirley Poh (hope we have got their names correctly) who are hands-on, helpful and very hardworking besides always having a warm smile on their faces.

Well-done, Jack's Place!

I and my friend dinner in your place on 30 may 2010. We were there around 8pm. The server was Miss Suguna. She was very kind. Serve us very well. Because this was our first visit, we kind of less aware about the food that u serve. But Miss Suguna suggest a good and nice food for us. She can remember most of the dishes from the menu. It help us a lot to choose our favourite food. It was good dinner.
