Keep up the good job. Despite tough and repeat requests, stay nice as always. Teamwork in serving was excellent most of time but not always. Still a very reliable team.

I would like to compliment a waitress named Wei-Wei. When she served our ice-creams, she realized that there was one ice-cream spoon short, and she went back to get it without us having to ask for it. That is very thoughtful of her.

This evening when I was at the cashier's desk to make payment and to renew my membership, I was attended to by Ms Priscilla. I wish to state that this is one person who exhudes confidence which is so lacking in customer service today. Spoken English and body language were just perfect! Hi My husband and I went to Jack's Place Restaurant, Great World City for dinner on 29 April 2010. We were very impressed by the friendly and warm service that was rendered to us by Ms Sim. She made us feel comfortable and took time to explain the menu and the current promotions. She also suggested some items that we should try. Her professionalism and patient service exemplified the value of senior workers in the sevice industry. We hope that the management will encourage the extra effort that she took to make the evening extra special and keep customers keep going back Regards L
