I went to your restaurant this evening in a lousy mood due to a day's frustration at the office. My attitude to your staff wasn't exactly that friendly either. However your service staff greeted me with a warm welcome and continued their good services till I finished my food. While the food was great, it is your staff that made my day. I especially want to thank an uncle waiter who was attending to my table. His patience and attentiveness really made my day and made me left the restaurant in a much better mood. Kindly assist to express my gratitude to your service staff at the Marina branch.
Please keep up the good work and of course the good food.

Hi,
My family and I are regular customers of Jack's Place. We would like to compliment one of your service staff, Gail, the Assistant Manager at Century Square outlet. Last Friday, 2 April 2010, we went down for lunch around 12 noon and had a wonderful time. All the staff are polite and friendly especially Gail who served us attentively with a happy smile throughout the time. She is professional and the orders were very prompt. As such, we have seen a remarkable improvement in the service in terms of speed and accuracy.
Gail deserves to be a role model to all the staff and I hope they will keep up the good work. Rest assured that we will continue to patronise Jack's Place. Cheers.

My friends and i were serve by the manger whom if i didn't recall wrongly is Mohan. he is very friendly and cater to all the needs that were required by my friends and i as we were very picky about everything when it comes to food.he did repeat the order and when the food arrives, he ensure that everything has met the expectation of ours. There is another staff,Danial really spice up the dinning experience. I have visited many other outlets, the service by Mohan and Danial are one of the best service i ever have and i enjoy dinning in there. Well done and excellent service, keep up the good job and hope to see every other staff are just like them.

your restaurant manager at Compass Point is very friendly, and she manage to keep our children entertained. Very patient lady, and always has a read smile.
We had 4 young kids with us, and we enjoyed our dinner experience at your outlet. Definitely worth a repeat visit.
