i think it was the best place i have ever eaten in Singapore. It was my first time in the country so i am expecting for the best and it was superb. Kharina the server, made us feel at home and very comfy. She was easy to talk to and always smiling. she has a good attitude and she really has good knowing of the menu. She was one of the best! 5 stars for her and 5 stars for the place. ;)
i have visited the place JUNE 26 and 27.

As a regular at Eatzi Eastpoint, I wud like to welcome 'Mama Alice' on her posting there.
Although Eatzi Eastpoint is already a fantastic place under the management of Mr Lim Z.Q, and now Ms Arfah, I am sure 'Mama Alice's expertise and experience from Jack's Place Century Square,will make this outlet an even more pleasant place to dine or just hang out in.
I must also thank the staff of Eatzi Eastpoint like Alvin, Teresa, Eyla, and many others for their continued oustanding service!

My family and i book a table over the phone one day before father's day for a table to be reserve on that day itself and everything was confirm with me.
On the day itself, my family and i turn up 15 to 20 min later upon booking. I was asked to hold on for a while by one of the staff which i believe is the "door bitch" (a small size Chinese girl).
Despite the busy night as usual, she put on her smiling face and ensure that there is a queuing system. By acknowledge the present customers by dropping down the name and contact number and also taken note of the reservation coming in and the time that the name was noted.
The whole restaurant was busy and all the staffs are busy serving and entertaining the customers need yet she is still able to serve in a way that you can sense that she really serve you from the heart with her smile. Not forgetting a few young men who help me with the desserts and clearing the membership doubt.
My family and i really had a wonderful dinner and perfect father's day celebration with the Jurong outlet.
Thanks to her and her staffs who assisted us throughout the dinner. It is really hard to have teenagers who are willingly to work so hard and with great service. Definitely i will return to that outlet to have my meals once again. Great service, good job.

Dear Anthony,
Good afternoon.
I am so glad to share with you our nice dining experience @ Jack's Place- Causeway Point on 10 June 2010 afternoon.
My wife & I went decided to meet for lunch on this day. Without much consideration, we visited this a/m outlet & ordered a dozen of escargots, half a dozen of oysters, a bowl of onion soup, a set of New Zealand rib-eye steak & a set of Thursday set meal beef (bill number 079920, time 13:37).
The restaurant was almost packed during this lunch period. However, to our very pleasant surprise, your friendly bespectacled staff by the name of Julie still managed to serve us with pride & smiles throughout our lunch.
And that good, attentive service was not only rendered to our table, but also those around us. That is such a wonderful feeling to savour & appreciate.
There was also this very young gentleman (also with glasses), whom we did not able to get his name, who served us with ready smiles & politeness.
Thank you very much, Anthony & Christine, for the S$30.00 dining vouchers.
Please be rest assured that we will continue to patronise your good restaurants soon again.
