Terms & Conditions

(for Membership Sign-up)

1. The JP Pepperdine Card is available at S$25 at all JP Pepperdine Restaurants. JP Pepperdine Card is issued by and remains the property of JP Pepperdine and must be surrendered upon request. JP Pepperdine Card purchased will not be refunded.

2.   Upon purchase of JP Pepperdine Card, you will immediately receive:

   a.   Membership Card, $10 Lunch Discount Voucher, $15 Dinner Discount Voucher, $10 Cake Hotline/ Online Discount Voucher. All vouchers can only be used on next visit and subjected to terms and conditions. Vouchers are valid for 3-month period from date of purchase.

   b.   Stipulated member’s discount with reward points earn are credited to your card.

3. Membership is valid for a 12-month period from date of purchase.

4. Please allow 2-6 weeks for data entry of new members. Thereafter, you may log on to www.jppepperdine.com to update your personal profiles.

5. To enjoy discounts and accumulate points, JP Pepperdine Card must be presented at time of purchase. Redemption of reward points is only available at JP Pepperdine Group of Restaurants.

6. Member’s discounts are not applicable on eves and public holidays, festive and special occasions. However, bonus reward points based on 150% of total amount spent will be awarded during these periods.

7. Reward points will expire at the end of a 12-month period from date of purchase.

8. Purchases of gift vouchers are not entitled to discounts or accumulations of reward points.

9. JP Pepperdine Card is not a credit card, is valid for use in Singapore, Malaysia outlets. However, accumulation of reward points is only applicable in Singapore and Malaysia.

10. Update personal details via fax, email or online @ www.jppepperdine.com

11. An administrative charge of $10 is payable for the replacement of membership card in the event of lost, damaged or theft. Loss or damaged of the JP Pepperdine Card must be reported to any JP Pepperdine Group of Restaurants.

12. All records kept by JP Pepperdine shall be conclusive. We reserve the right to terminate the scheme, vary, add to, formulate such terms & conditions including those relating to withdrawal/addition of benefits or privileges as it deems necessary from time to time and may do so without prior notice to registered members.
