Training & Development
Being an Approved Training Organization (ATO) of 6 WSQ Courses and a Certified OJT Centre, there is every reason to learn and grow with us. If you’re a young enthusiast wanting to kick-start a career in F&B or an experienced professional looking to further your journey in providing great food and service, this is the place for you. Our various development and mentorship programs aim to equip you with the necessary skills to manage your own restaurant or whip up culinary creations. Competitions & Awards
We take our food and service seriously. To pit our skills against the rest of the F&B industry, our staff are regularly sent for competitions and exhibitions. JP Pepperdine chefs have bagged Gold and Silver medals in both team and individual categories in the Food and Hotel Asia and Star Chef Competition. Our service staff have also been awarded numerous Star, Gold, Silver and Bronze awards at the annual Excellent Service Award (EXSA), Singapore’s leading recognition of service quality.
Initiatives
As a local company with over 50 years of F&B presence in Singapore, we are committed to building a strong Singaporean core with relevant competencies and knowledge in order to be a leading food service company. We work closely with and strongly support Government agencies in efforts which help to attract skilled staff, develop our people and ultimately bring our company to the next level of success.
