When is the ordering period?

Ordering is available from 11 November 2019 to 2 January 2020.

When is the last day of collection?

Last day of collection is on 5 January 2020.

When is the first collection date?

You can start collection on 18 November 2019.

When will I receive my complimentary vouchers?

Early bird complimentary voucher(s) will be issued upon collection of festive order(s), subjected to availability, valid while stocks last.

JP PEPPERDINE MEMBERS

Are there any JP Pepperdine members’ special?

From 11 Nov to 8 Dec, JP Pepperdine members are entitled to earn double reward points for all festive order(s). All bonus points will be credited in member’s account by 31 Jan 2020.

WARMING OF ITEM

Are my items warmed up upon collection?

All roast item(s) excluding PLatters, & Salads, will be warmed, except from 21-25 Dec. From 21-25 Dec, warming service is only available for collection at JP Pepperdine Office.

How do I warm up my roast items?

Can I change my order after payment?

Kindly give us a call at 6858 0111 at least 48 hours before collection date. Changes subject to availability of item.

Can I make a refund after placing the order?

All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable upon confirmation.
