Our signature brown sauce is a rich blend of shallot, garlic, tomato paste and mirepoix of onion, carrot, celery and leek simmered in beef stock until thickened and flavourful. Perfect as a steak sauce, and as an ingredient in soups and stews

• Precooked, frozen and vacuum packed to seal freshness.
• Store at 4°C and consume within 3 days after thawing.
• Our Brown Sauce are made with beef stock.

Preparation

• Fully thaw contents before heating
• Stove: Directly heat the soup in a pot over the stove, and stir it constantly until it is hot.
• Microwave: High for 2 minutes, stir, heat again for another 2 minutes, repeat steps until it is hot.
